Today I had cereal... which I am not sure how many calories were in that so I just purged. I have been doing this for like two weeks now, and I lost two inches around my waist... and half an inch around my thigh. I have also lost seven pounds. YAY! So plz comment if you think this is good so far. Oh ya I am going to go on a fast tomorrow and i will do it for a week... then go back to my normal routine.

So today I have been working out periodically... I have had two sips of coffee, and four cups of water. But the thing is that I don't have a scale anymore, so I can't tell if I am losing any weight. I have my measurements but they don't help that much... so here are my stats.

I need lots of advise... I am about 5'10 and I weigh 131.... is this considered fat? Oh ya I need advise on how to get to my gw which is 115. I have some things I can do like only drink water and tea....but I need more! So plz help me

What is the absolute FASTEST way to lose weight?????????????????????
