  <description>Today I had cereal... which I am not sure how many calories were in that so I just purged. I have been doing this for like two weeks now, and I lost two inches around my waist... and half an inch around my thigh. I have also lost seven pounds. YAY! So plz comment if you think this is good so far. Oh ya I am going to go on a fast tomorrow and i will do it for a week... then go back to my normal routine.</description>
